As Vendavo partners we implement following process
1. Analysis and segmentation
We analyse current and future transactions and we identify areas for improvement. In this step we also create pocket margin waterfall which shows development of the sale price from the stock price up to the invoice amount and the profit. 2. Price setting and price list management
Using information from the previous step, we can adjust the price if inappropriate, i.e. for given supplier, sales channel, product, etc. It is also possible to implement price setting and discount formulas in dependence on sales amount, product attributes, sales channel, combination of products, etc. As Vendavo user you can say good bye to sending the price lists in Excel files, because it usually means profit losses as they are often out of date. 3. Establishing of contracts and their management
